order to download any documents from the CBSPD, you
MUST first download a FREE program called "Adobe Acrobat
Reader" version 6.0 and higher. ALL files that will be available
from the CBSPD will be in "pdf" format.

The set of re-cert packets are for members that are due for re-certification in February 2012, April 2012 and May 2012.
NOTE: The CBSPD mails re-cert packets 6 months in advance so that the
individual has time to get their information together. If anyone does
not receive their re-cert packet when they are supposed to, they should
contact the CBSPD. A change of address or name can be the cause for not
receiving mail. To update your name/address please click here.
In
